These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website and to purchases of R9 products from Syllax Interactive.

You may use this website for personal, lawful purposes only. You must not interfere with the website, copy it for commercial use, attempt unauthorised access, or use it in a way that damages Syllax Interactive or other users.

2. Product Information

We aim to present product information, pricing, images, specifications, and availability accurately. Product images and 3D previews are provided for guidance and may vary slightly from the final product due to lighting, screen settings, manufacturing changes, or packaging updates.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are handled through Shopify checkout. Orders are subject to the price, shipping options, payment terms, and order confirmation shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order if payment fails, stock is unavailable, details appear incorrect, or fraud or misuse is suspected.

4. Shipping

R9 orders currently include free shipping within Australia and $3.99 international shipping. Estimated delivery is 2 to 3 weeks after ordering. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated.

5. Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

6. Returns and Faulty Products

Returns, repairs, replacements, and refunds are handled under our Returns Policy and any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Intellectual Property

All website text, images, product renders, 3D models, videos, design, branding, and other content are owned by or licensed to Syllax Interactive unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use our content without written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

This website may use third-party services such as Shopify, payment processors, shipping providers, Google Fonts, 3D model viewers, analytics, or other tools. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syllax Interactive is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or products. This does not limit your non-excludable consumer rights.
