Returns Policy

This Returns Policy applies to R9 products purchased from Syllax Interactive.

1. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. If the problem is minor, we may provide a repair, replacement, or refund within a reasonable time.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video where helpful. We may ask you to return the item so it can be assessed.

3. Return Shipping for Faulty Products

If the product is confirmed to have a problem covered by consumer guarantees, we will handle the remedy required by law and reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where required.

4. Change of Mind

We do not currently offer change-of-mind returns unless this is expressly stated at checkout or agreed in writing. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Items That May Not Be Accepted

Returns may not be accepted where the product has been misused, damaged after delivery, modified, used contrary to instructions, or returned with missing parts or packaging, except where the law requires otherwise.

6. Refund Timing

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may depend on Shopify, your payment provider, and your bank.

7. How to Start a Return
